Car Stuff: tonight we have the Nissan Skyline R34 GTR
I'll put it simply for now, it's the best Asian Car money can buy. It's fast, not sure of the exact figures, but trust me, it's fast. It's Japanese, so it's reliable. It's well set up and very stiff, so it handles like...like...really, really well. It's clever too. It's all wheel drive, sometimes. Most of the time it's rear wheel drive, but if the front ones are running out of grip, they'll get some power too.
It has it's problem though. It was nevery officially imported to the states. You have to buy it in Japan, then get it shipped to wherever you are. Now you've got one, you have to drop a whole crap-load on cash on it to make it legal to drive on the roads. So, for the same price as a small (ish) Mercedes or BMW, you can get a used Nissan, hmm. Benz, Nissan, Benz, Nissan, I'd go for the Benz.

Car Stuff: On the complete opposite side of the scale from the Prius, we have the Aston Martin DB9. I don't need to try to be nice to this. I absolutly love it. It's rather expensive, about 200k, but worth every penny. It's fast. 0-60 is taken care of in about 4 seconds, and topend you'll be doin 190 mph. It's well made, I don't have a good example on this one, but it's beautiful inside and out. Oh, the starter button is made of pure crystal. The V12 makes an awsome noise, and the transmission is absolutly ingenious. It's a "6 speed automatic with manual paddle override. So when you want to have a play, you just use the paddles mounted on the steering column, and when you don't, just push "D", and it becomes a normal automatic.
Google image the name to see a true masterpiece.

Review #2: Need For Speed Most Wanted;
I've played most of the "Need For Speed" games. I've liked them too. Now there's a new one.

I bought it because I knew it would be good, and when it was installing it I set my expectations high. They however...were blown to tiny little bits by this one. It's really a nice combo of them all. You've got the nice exotic supercar kind of thing, as well as some of the Japanese tuners from the Undergrounds. You've also got idividual body kits for all of the cars, they actually look right, no matter what. Along-side these are the traditional performance mods that we're familiar with. Plenty of cars too. Everything from the familiar Lexus IS300 to the famed Lamborghini Merciologo. It's sort of got the style from Underground 2. There's a big city to run around and play in. It's fill with cops though, in case you're interested. Don't panic. I've met smarter hunks of cheese. Don't quote me on that one though, because I'm not very far into the game, and I did meet a couple of smart cops. Like Underground 2, there are various races scattered through the city, but that's not what it's all about. There we find the "Blacklist". It's full of racers (duh) and when they think you've earned it, you race them. The goal is to get to the top and get back at someone who did bad stuff to you, wouldn't want to ruin the suprise. When you defeat someone on the list you get to pick two markers, one for a uniqe upgrade, and one from the guy you just humiliated. You've got a choice of three, and one is the pink slip for his (or her) ride. Note to EA; We want free run in quick race mode!!!

despite that it's definitly worth buying, 5 stars

Car Stuff:
When I started this blog I had hoped to be posting pretty often, if you've been looking at it for a while you'll know that that hasn't happened, so I'll start talking about car stuff. I'm gonna try to post this kind of thing like I thought I'd be able to when I first started. It will mostly by my favorite and least favorite cars. Car #1:Toyota Prius. I'll try to be nice to this thing, but no guarantees. I hate it. Why? It's slow, 0-60 take 13.5 seconds and it only hit 99mph, you couldn't even use it to deliver milk, because by the end of your run you'd be delivering cheese. It's not really green, on a route where it did 45 mpg, a Volkswagon Lupo diesel did 75. It's cheaply built, in order to stop the center console lid from rattling they've put on a little piece of advesive foam. And its ugly enough to make small children feel sick. Oh, it's not cheap either It starts at about 21k, you can get a very well equipped Toyota Corrolla for 19k, and it does 41 mpg! So, in short, if you buy one of these things you end up with a painfully slow, excruciatingly ugly, cheaply built, expensive, not terribly green, and therefore pointless way of moving around.

I have found the next big hit! (okay, so I probably haven't but ya critical pests...) It's a cartoon that I found on the internet (suprise suprise) about a highly profane squirrel, Foamy. It's offensive, it's inappropiate, but who cares!!!

See the link to take you to the site, you won't be dissapointed!!

I, like many many others, an extremely exited about the new Sims 2 expansion pack. This one features 125 new objects including, a Karaoke machine, DJ Booth, and Photo booth. Plus the one that looks like it should be the most fun, your sims can own cars!!! It's about time. There is also a new abiration called Pleasure Seeker. These sims fear anything painful, embarrasing, or an effort. There is so much more, but I'm getting tires of typing, so the price. It will come out too about 34 bucks. It comes out tomorrow, Setember 13th.

Questions :
1: Why don't you ever see the headline 'phychic wins lottery'?
2:Why is 'abbreviated' such a long word?
3:Why is lemon juice made with artificial flavoring, but dishwashing liguid is made with real lemons?
4:why is the guy who invests all of your money called a broker?
5:Why do they sterilize the needle for a lethal injection?
6:If con is the opposite of pro, is congress the opposite of progress?
7:Why do we leave cars worth thousands of dollars in the driveway, but put all our useless junk in the garage?
8:Why do we use the word 'politics' too describe the making our government when, in latin, 'poli' means 'many', and 'tic' means 'bloodsucking creatures'?

More too come!!

REVIEW #1;Forza Motorsport:
For those of you that like the Gran Touismo games, and those who don't, we now have Forza. It is set up very much like GT, it has different race category's that different cars can compete in (ie:front-engine front-wheel drive.) Yet I think its better, because you can change the way the car looks as well as performs. With appearance you can put body kits on the car, which also help the aerodynamics, you can put after-market rims, window tint, vinels, decals and some other stuff on your car.
In the performance section you can put all of the normal upgrades on (ie:forced induction, exhaust, port and polish, all of that sort of thing) but there is an upgrade that I haven't seen in any other game but I absolutely love, you can install the engine out of another car made by the same manufacture into your car.
As far as graphics go, it is only rivaled by Gran Tourismo. The cars look real, as do the trees and the road and I could go on. There is also damage in the game that looks real. Now don't get scared, in the beginning of the game the only damage is cosmetic, so you can learn how too drive before the car can be broken mechanically. Also the damage that you do cause is relatively cheap too fix.
The list of cars you can buy in Forza is truly massive. I think there is something like two or three hundred cars from all over the world too choose from. The way you get them is in the beginning you choose a home region (Asia, Europe, or America.) So lets say you choose Asia, cars from the other two places will be more expensive and rare (you get a rarity bonus when winning races, the more rare the car is...The bigger the bonus is.) The cars range from one to ten stars of rarity and the more mods you put on it the more rare it gets. When buying cars they are set up in five classes,D through A, and R, with D at the slowest with things like a Honda Civic, and A at the fastest road legal class with things like the Ferrari Enzo and such. In the R class you have you purpose built stuff. These are cars that you see when you watch a race on TV. The more performance mods you put on the car, the higher class it reaches, so if its full of mods it might reach A, so you'll be racing against cars from the A group. But cars cannot move in or out of the R class.
There are also many real tracks too race on as well as some that the designers made up.
The only problem I can find is that the game only comes for XBOX...but still five stars.
Fisrt I would like too welcome you too my blog, so thank you for coming! Secondly, if you are a member of a police force, any street racing that I do is on my computer, because I am 13, don't have a car, and I live in a town of about 1500 people in Northern Vermont, so there is nobody too race. I know somebody will be wondering what the 'AMG' in amgracer means. AMG is basicly an in-house tuning company for Mercedes. Essentially AMG takes a car that Mercedes has built and makes it faster and handle better. Most of the stuff you will see on my blog is my own reviews for various vidio games, please comment but only refer too me as AR or Racer or something just not my real name. Thanks once again for coming too my blog.
